Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation Policy:

Receipt of cancellation request must be verified by INCM before it can be processed.  If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please call 855.933.6466 ext 702

Cancellation Policy Details:

  • A written notice requesting participation cancellation must be received by the Organizer (INCM) before October 15th 2019 in order for the Exhibitor to receive a refund less $320 (admin fee of $200 and penalty of $120)
  • If a written notice requesting participation cancellation is received by Organizer (INCM) after October 15th, 2019 but prior to November 20th the exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total Sponsor/Exhibitor package fee.
  • If written notice requesting participation cancellation is received by Organizer (INCM) on or after November 20th, 2019 but prior to December 2nd, 2019 the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total Sponsor/Exhibitor package fee.
  • If written notice requesting participation cancellation is received by Organizer (INCM) on or after December 2, 2019 the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total Sponsor/Exhibitor package fee.
  • Additional items (items not included in the sponsor package) will receive a refund of 75% until the deadline date specified for that item. No refunds will be given after the item-specific deadline date. Overview of Deadlines
  • Cancelled exhibitors are prohibited from participating in CPC unless additional terms and conditions are outlined with INCM Staff.
