Important Information

Exhibitor Details: Please make sure that you have reviewed the CPC26 Resource Center Catalog before beginning the application process.
Deposit: A non-refundable application fee of $258 is required to be submitted with all applications. Only denied applications will receive the $250 refund. All approved applications will have the $250 deposit deducted from total bill. A canceled application does not qualify for a application fee refund.
Payment Requirements: A non-refundable application fee of $258 is required to be submitted with all applications. Once accepted, all Providers will be required to pay the full balance of Provider's Package total within 30 days from receipt of invoice or upon receipt if Provider's application is received after September 1st, 2025. Any open Invoices that remain after October 15th, 2025 will no longer be guaranteed and may result in the loss of acceptance to the CPC26 Resource Center.
Cancellation Policy: Please make sure that you review the Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation Policy
Application Progress: We recommend filling out this application in one sitting to avoid application errors and duplicates.
Agreement Process : The review process for applications runs May 1st, 2025 - July 31th, 2025. CPC25 Agreements will begin to be sent out August 11th. You will have five business days to sign and return your agreement to secure your space.

- reserves the right to accept or reject any Organization's application
- reserves the right to remove any Exhibitor/Sponsor who fails to abide by the above terms and conditions, or fails to honor INCM’s Mission, Vision, Values and Audience Disclaimer

Exhibitor/ Sponsor:

- compliance with event decorator rules and regulations with regard to booth space, floor plan, decorating, rental items, labor, and shipping etc. found in the Exhibitor Booth Kit
- compliance with Hotel and Conference Center rules and regulations
- responsibility for fees/penalties associated with shipping, materials handling, or storage
- compliance with all schedules including set-up, tear-down and resource center open hours
- responsibility for fees/penalties associated with the cancellation policy
- agrees to secure necessary insurance
- agrees to hold harmless INCM, the decorator, the venue, and/or all related parties
