INCM:
- reserves the right to accept or reject any Organization’s application.
- reserves the right to remove any Exhibitor/ Sponsor who fails to abide by the above terms and conditions or fails to honor INCM’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Audience Disclaimer.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Terms and Conditions:
● compliance with event decorator rules and regulations concerning booth space, floor plan
decorating, rental items, labor, shipping, materials handling, etc., found in the Exhibitor Booth Kit.
● compliance with Hotel and Conference center rules and regulations.
● organization shall not assign, sublet, or share a booth space without written consent from INCM.
● compliance with the mascot rules. They are not allowed on the property.
● responsibility for fees/penalties associated with all shipping, materials handling, and storage
● compliance with all schedules, including set-up, tear-down, and resource center open hours
● responsibility for fees/penalties associated with the cancellation policy
● agree to secure the necessary insurance
● agree to hold harmless INCM, the decorator, the venue, and all related parties
● responsibility for expenses related to shipping, materials handling, storage, electrical, parking, transportation, lodging, and meals
